1. Product Registration

To register your warranty, please send an email to info@leenahardware.com with the following details:

  • Your Name
  • Phone Number
  • Copy of Receipt/Invoice

If you need to claim warranty services, you can either:

1. Warranty Coverage

Leena Hardware provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in its products. This warranty applies only to defects arising due to faults in material or workmanship under normal usage.

Covered product categories:
Bathroom Fittings, Door Fittings and Door Handles

2. Warranty Period

The warranty is valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase, as mentioned on the purchase invoice/bill.

3. Warranty Registration

Customers are encouraged to register their product warranty on the official Leena Hardware website.

Warranty registration should be completed within a reasonable time from the date of purchase.

Registration requires a valid purchase invoice/bill clearly showing the date of purchase.

Registration helps in faster claim processing but does not replace the requirement of proof of purchase.

4. Proof of Purchase

To claim warranty, customers must provide:

  • Original or clear copy/photo of the purchase invoice/bill
  • Invoice must mention the dealer name, purchase date, and product details

Leena Hardware reserves the right to reject claims where valid proof of purchase is not available.

5. What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Functional issues caused due to faulty materials or workmanship
6. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage due to improper installation
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents
  • Surface finish issues due to exposure to harsh chemicals, cleaning agents, or environmental conditions
  • Damage caused by tampering, modification, or unauthorized repairs
  • Issues arising from usage inconsistent with the product’s intended purpose
7. Warranty Resolution

Upon verification of a valid warranty claim, Leena Hardware will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product, or
  • Replace the defective part or product

Replacement may be with the same model or an equivalent product, depending on availability.

No cash refunds are provided under warranty.

8. Claim Process

Warranty claims can be initiated by contacting Leena Hardware via the details provided on the official website or through the authorized dealer.

Supporting images, videos, and invoice copies may be required for claim evaluation.

Final approval of any warranty claim rests solely with Leena Hardware.

9. Limitation of Liability

Leena Hardware shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Installation or removal costs
  • Loss arising from delay in repair or replacement
10. Company Discretion

Leena Hardware reserves the right to:

  • Inspect the product before approving a claim
  • Modify these warranty terms without prior notice
  • Take the final decision in all warranty-related matters
